Aim of the Project
The COGNOS project consortium is formed by organisations of 5 countries: Bulgaria, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom working together to contribute to reduce the number of low skilled adults in those countries who are at risk of social exclusion
Through the partnership we have developed an open, flexible and innovative learning pathway with regards to literacy and digital competences (basic skills), based on the intergenerational learning communities, in which adult and young people will become adults´ trainers
COGNOS is for you if you are working in adult education, teaching literacy and/or ICT skills to adult people or you want to learn about teaching methodologies and how to work with them such as mentoring and intergenerational learning communities.
Training Practical Tools
The COGNOS training resources are:
– The Trainers Handbook
– The Guide for Intergenerational Trainers.
– The Guide for Young Mentors.
